Paid Loafing

hi folks,

its probably the best way i cud find to start blogging.....and the best excuse too!

since its my first one, a little about me. Born in a marathi family, that has settled in goa before my birth, i was raised in goa right from Lower KG to Std. XII.....after which i decided to move out for further education. REC Jaipur was lucky to have me in their mechanical engg. department for 4 years from where i moved on to NITIE Mumbai to spend 2 more years doing timepass (read MBA).

circa 4th march, 2005...12:00 noon........

am blogging becoz i am supposed to be doing a 4 month project with my future employer, a WeP Peripherals Ltd., in Bangalore. i mean, i am blogging becoz i have no work to do here, and the work given to me till date is complete and is desperately waiting the attention of my guide (another marathi speaking goan, anurag borkar). he seems free right now. so i guess thats going to be it for my first blog. let me go catch him while i just can.

details of my sushegaad past (thats a term they use in goa for the easy life we lead there....it literally means "aaram se" in portuguese) and my journey till date will follow soon.

ofcourse i would like to take this opportunity to thank all my nitie colleagues who began bloggin' avidly during their MBA and inspired me enough to register here, but the credit to make me actually type this out goes only to WeP and my guide!!
